How do I reset my password?
You can click here and reset your password. You will get en email asking to reset it to a new password.
How do I delete my account?
You can mange your membership including cancelling, upgrading or downgrading here
How do I manage profiles?
We currently don’t have manage profiles available. Stay tuned for our app launch where this will be available as a feature.
Why can’t I play a video?
Things to check: First check you have an active paid membership. Non members cannot play videos. Secondly check your internet connection. Streaming works best on NBN, Wifi and not as well on 5G.

How to delete my account
To delete your Movie Sense account, open the app and go to:
